Website
o Help write content for website blog
o Communicate with vendors for marketing releases for website
Email Marketing
o Create email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact to send to customers and employees
o Create a variety of email marketing campaigns such as newsletters, product flyers, and informational guides
o Create strong call-to-action and attention-grabbing emails that will help retain and enhance customer awareness of products and information
Social Media
o Work with the Marketing and Sales department to create social media posts using Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
o Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
o Continuously stay up to date on trends and social media insights
o Track impressions and report data on a bi-weekly basis
Digital Marketing
o Create digital designs through the design platform Canva
o Create digital advertisements that appeal to customers as well as promote vendors’ products
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Very strong marketing skills to include:
o Ability to prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
o Creating new content ideas
o Knowledge of social media platforms
o Knowledge of digital design
· Proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time
· Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects
· Ability to review and understand current process and make recommendations for improvement
