General Responsibilities
· Team Leader must offer continuous training and mentoring to team members on company policies and procedures, customer relations, sales growth and gross margin enhancement.
· Maintain focus of Rocco Vision and Mission statements at all times.
· Each team must work cohesively with all departments toward the common goal of making RBS the Preferred Vendor of our customers. Team Leaders must lead by example by demonstrating strong working relationships with warehouse, fabrication, distribution and purchasing.
· Coordinate with field sales to create sales growth targets, dealer follow-up, promotional programs and territory travel where necessary.
· Create proactive sales efforts to customers within the territory and relaying any market trends to purchasing department. This should include outbound phone solicitation, emailing of promotions and or working with purchasing and marketing departments to create custom programs to capture market share where opportunity exist.
· Perform other duties as determined by the Director of IT and Customer Experience.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
· Prior customer service experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Ability to quickly learn DMSi Agility and B-Informed software systems.

· Proficient in English—strong reading, writing, and verbal communication
· Proficient in Math—including measurements (fractions)
· High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability; attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; pleasant phone presence
· Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment: answer phone, speak with customer, enter orders, research product
· Positive attitude within a sales team environment and meet or exceed goals set by the Director of IT & Customer Experience

· Ability to travel periodically within assigned sales territory; overnight travel may also be required
· Flexibility with work schedule per demand (longer or shorter hours)
