General Responsibilities
- Assemble door orders—read and interpret orders and drawings, cut stock, attach hardware
- Restock fabrication table
- Accurately read tape measures, safely use power tools (saws) and hand tools (drills, screwdrivers…)
- Maintain fabrication and safety equipment
- Clean, maintenance and perform any other duties as determined by Fabrication Supervisor or Director of Operations
Qualifications
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (6am till work is completed - Ability to be flexible with work schedule per sales demand longer hours or shorter hours)
- Ability to communicate effectively in order to maximize customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient fabrication service; proficient in English language in order to read and use fabrication documents required
- Previous fabrication/carpentry experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Capacity and willingness to abide by company safety policies in order to minimize work-related injuries/illnesses
- Ability to measure accurately; add & subtract fractions
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools (saws)
Physical Demands and Abilities
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 80-100lbs
- Constant standing and walking up to 8hrs per day
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

General Responsibilities
- Receive and document incoming freight safely and accurately; unload and store in appropriate area
- Load trailers in a safe manner assuring accurate counts and description of product loaded
- Assist in installing racks and shelving safely as different SKU’s are added and deleted from inventory
- Review and document receiving reports, purchase orders, rejection slips, credit, debits and other paperwork that is required
- Clean, maintenance and perform any other duties as determined by Warehouse Supervisor or Director of Operations
Qualifications

General Responsibilities
· Manage the assigned product codes to include negotiating with vendors; purchasing; quoting; pricing to maximize company’s profitability; and system SKU maintenance
· Achieve company’s targeted performance goals with regard to gross margin maximization and GMROI; proactively manage and minimize dead inventory; vendor debit collection; and customer service level
· Assist in development of marketing programs for assigned product lines, to include purchasing of marketing materials, development of promotions; and revising price files
· Conduct Product Knowledge Training with Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Operations
· Other duties as assigned by senior management
Education &Experience
· Required high school or GED diploma; preferred four-year college degree in business management or marketing
· Preferred experience in purchasing and negotiation tactics a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint); Ability to learn & utilize DMSi Agility and other Rocco software systems.
