General Responsibilities
· Assist in managing warehouse and door shop inventory daily to ensure accurate inventory counts; replenish and organize material as necessary; label all inventory slots to maintain organized stock
· Ensure all incoming freight deliveries are scheduled and accurately checked-in in a timely manner
· Work with other RBS staff members as needed to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest possible level.
· Perform daily housekeeping
· Assist elsewhere within the operations after all inventory counts, receiving, loading and replenishment of material has been completed
· Work with Inventory Control Supervisor to streamline operational processes through inventory management
Qualifications
· Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7am till work is completed - Ability to be flexible with work schedule per sales demand longer hours or shorter hours)
· Ability to process incoming inventory
· Ability to operate a forklift safely is required – will train
· Ability to measure accurately and add &subtract fractions; reading proficiency
· Previous experience in the construction industry or building supply business a plus; ability to use various power tools is beneficial
· Desire to take pride in product quality & personal accountability; ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate production needs.
· Ability to learn and utilize RBS computer systems (including DMSi, Microsoft, Warehouse Management Systems).
· Strong communication skills with ability to lead and train others
· Strong mathematical and reasoning skills

Assistant Controller
The Assistant Controller candidate will be a high performing individual responsible for assisting the controller with all accounting and financial duties. Including monthly financial statement completion, assisting with preparing the profit plan and the annual financial statement audit, prepare and input journal entries, and maintain fixed asset and capital expenditure records.

Specific Position Accountabilities:
· Accounts Receivable / Credit Manager:
o Daily review and approval of RMA’s
o Monitor credit status, credit limits, and credit holds
o Take needed action for collection of past due/slow pay accounts
o Weekly A/R Aging follow-up with the A/R Coordinator, President, and Controller
o Review the unbilled order list and ensure all shipped orders are billed before the end of the month
o Manage the Warranty Claim and Advertising accounts. Ensure customers are credited timely, and vendors are debited as needed
· Issue weekly and monthly reports to include:
Purchasing Service Level Report & Weekly Service Level Summary
o Performance Pay metrics for Warehouse, Fabrication, and Drivers
o Purchasing Turn/GMROi Report
o Monthly Performance Report
o B-Informed reports needed to support sales, vendors, and internal customer and vendor rebate tracking
o Prepare the monthly CPG 1-off rebate request
o Prepare the monthly Mastic SPD rebate request
o Maintain spreadsheets showing true gross margins after rebates
· Complete the monthly bank reconciliation and review with the President
· Sales Support:
o Manage the customer and vendor rebate programs in coordination with the Director of Sales and Controller
o Submit monthly/quarterly/annual rebate reports to vendors and customers
o Ensure customer rebates are paid on time per the customer buying agreements
o Ensure vendor rebates are collected timely
o Provide input to management on the structure and effectiveness of rebate programs
· Taxes & Licenses
o Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax and fuel tax returns
o Ensure all car, truck, and over-the-road licenses are renewed and fees paid on time
· Other projects
o Could include process review and improvement recommendations
o Incoordination with the Director of I/T, explore opportunities to utilize technology in the accounting department
o Conduct staff training as needed
o Cost /Benefit / Payback analysis
o Work with other departments as needed to assist with special projects and provide an accounting perspective
· Accounts Payable
o Review and approve expense invoices as assigned by the Controller
o Enter AP invoices as needed to cover vacations or surges in volume
· Other duties assigned by the Controller/President
Qualifications and Requirements of Successful Candidate:
Education & Experience
· BS or BBA with a focus on finance or accounting preferred; candidates with an Associate’s degree paired with 3+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience or Associates degree that would be willing to continue education
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Outlook, Excel
o Financial ,Data Management and Reporting Formulas/Functions
o Data manipulation and presentation
· Ability to learn DMSi Agility System

Driver CDL A
The full time Driver will drive trucks to deliver wholesale building material products to our customers throughout our sales territory, including, VA, MD, TN, PA, WV. Our drivers will represent Rocco in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities
- Drive truck and fill out associated paperwork
- Unload product at customer locations; load product at vendor pick up
- Maintain truck—do walk around inspection of truck and trailer to assure equipment is safe for road operations (Pre and Post Trip)
- Complete Vehicle Inspection Reports as necessary
- Working knowledge of all aspects of Electronic Log
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Perform other duties as determined by the Distribution Supervisor or Director of Operations
Qualifications
- CDL class A; valid Medical Examiner’s card; valid MVR that complies with Company’s “Vehicle Operation” policy; minimum of one year’s driving experience if under age of 25
- Proficient in English—reading, writing and verbal communication
- Flexibility with work schedule per sales demand (longer or shorter hours)
- Capacity and willingness to abide by company safety policies in order to minimize work-related injuries/illnesses
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
