General Responsibilities
· Assist in managing warehouse and door shop inventory daily to ensure accurate inventory counts; replenish and organize material as necessary; label all inventory slots to maintain organized stock
· Ensure all incoming freight deliveries are scheduled and accurately checked-in in a timely manner
· Work with other RBS staff members as needed to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest possible level.
· Perform daily housekeeping
· Assist elsewhere within the operations after all inventory counts, receiving, loading and replenishment of material has been completed
· Work with Operations Manager to streamline operational processes through inventory management
Qualifications
· Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7am till work is completed - Ability to be flexible with work schedule per sales demand longer hours or shorter hours)
· Ability to process incoming inventory
· Ability to operate a forklift safely is required – will train
· Ability to measure accurately and add &subtract fractions; reading proficiency
· Previous experience in the construction industry or building supply business a plus; ability to use various power tools is beneficial
· Desire to take pride in product quality & personal accountability; ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate production needs.
· Ability to learn and utilize RBS computer systems (including DMSi, Microsoft, Warehouse Management Systems).
· Strong communication skills with ability to lead and train others
· Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
· Proficient in English

Door Assembler

General Responsibilities
- Assemble door orders—read and interpret orders and drawings, cut stock, attach hardware
- Restock fabrication table
- Accurately read tape measures, safely use power tools (saws) and hand tools (drills, screwdrivers…)
- Maintain fabrication and safety equipment
- Clean, maintenance and perform any other duties as determined by Door Shop Supervisor or Director of Operations
Qualifications
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (6am till work is completed - Ability to be flexible with work schedule per sales, longer hours or shorter hours)
- Ability to communicate effectively in order to maximize customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient fabrication; proficient in English language in order to read and use fabrication documents required
- Previous fabrication/carpentry experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Capacity and willingness to abide by company safety policies in order to minimize work-related injuries/illnesses
- Ability to measure accurately; add & subtract fractions
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools (saws)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will successfully maintain on-going relationships with our customers. The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service for their customers by using knowledge of company products and services in the most efficient, effective and positive manner.

General Responsibilities
· Listen, analyze and calculate the customer’s unique order requirements.
· Receive and process orders using the DMSI Agility computer system.
· Provide product information and quotes to customers in a timely fashion over the telephone, on line or in person.
· Maintain office records and generate reports(automated and manual).
· Perform other duties as determined by the Director of IT and Customer Experience.
Education & Experience
· Prior customer service experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ,especially Excel; Ability to learn quickly DMSi Agility, B-Informed and Millwork Configurator software systems
